Solymar Hotel has been erected in the early 20th century and its architecture nowadays contributes in combination with the patio and the beautifully arranged garden to a familiar and inviting atmosphere.
In the afternoons the patio functions as restaurant, where we primarily serve modern and innovative dishes. Our guests very much appreciate the ambience created by the garden and the plants surrounding the sitting area.

Habitación de tamaño justito, decoración sencilla, pero muy correcto. Edificio reformado, habitación y baño incorporado exterior, buena limpieza, ningún ruido en la habitación del exterior ni interior aun estando el hotel lleno. La habitación disponía de TV, split de a.a. y mininevera vacia y hay bebidas frías, maquina de café y snacks en recepción.
Esta junto a la playa, a 3 minutos andando. Estuve alojado una noche para asistir a un Congreso y lo escogí por ubicación ya que se encuentra muy cerca del Museo automovilístico de Málaga 5 min. andando donde tenía lugar la cena y a mitad de camino entre la Estación del AVE María Zambrano y el lugar del congreso, el Auditorio Edgar Neville 20 minutos andando o 5€ de taxi.
Recepcionistas agradables, me guardaron el equipaje el día siguiente hasta la finalización del congreso, nada que objetar, repetiría.

Habitación y baño limpio.
Habitación pequeña con poca movilidad, cuando llegamos el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y vibraba todo el aparato. No nos dieron ninguna solución ni vinieron a repararlo, ni siquiera revisarlo, tuvimos que dormir sin aire acondicionado en pleno mes de agosto.

La habitación individual es bastante pequeñita pero es suficiente si lo que necesitan es un sitio solo para dormir y ducharse. La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, cerca de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes y cafeterías y el personal es muy amable.

Hotel sencillo pero muy correcto y agradable
